Yesterday my friend made a purchase (as a guest). She listed a post office box as her address. This morning she received an email advising the couriers do not deliver to post offices and she needs to provide a street address. when she clicked on reply, it took her to the page for establishing an account, which she did. However, obviously there is no record of the purchase against her account and she is unable to find the purchase to enable her to update her address details. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I have never bought anything as a guest, so I cannot offer concrete advice, but she might try to contact eBay from the help page - tell her to go to the help page, scroll down to "contact us" and go through all the options until a live chat window appears (during normal business hours).

If she used PayPal to pay for it, there will be a transaction record there.
Did the email have the sellers info in it?
