Help requested - item from China held in Erlanger, KY for days

I ordered masks from China which are now languishing in Erlanger KY since 6/10.  I live about 70 miles away and it is frustrating that it is there and not moving at all.  The history appears below  How do I find out which "Partner Facility" and how do I contact them to get my package?  The shipper did their part - it is in the US.

Please help!

As you are in The US,it might be better to ask on the boards there as this is the community forum for eBay Australia 

I don’t know the eBay rules there, but I certainly would not be buying such a thing from a seller in China (especially if they are one of the many selling ultra cheap, rubbish masks)
