Hi - I am having trouble paying through Paypal. They apparently have a problem

There are forum posts which say Paypal has problems including that they are unable to provide customer service. I have had to cancel two purchases because of this. What is the answer ? doglite

How were you able to cancel? only the seller can do that (unless you are the seller under another account)

Have you contacted PayPal and asked what the issue is?

Or the seller to let them know what happened?

Neither eBay nor PayPal staff read here

Maybe the seller has already been switched over to managed payments ?

Why did you need to cancel any purchases?

Most sellers are willing to wait for paypal problems to be fixed if you let them know.

I have paid today without any problem.  Have you tried the usual, clear cache & cookies then try again.
