Hi,
I'm just wondering how much extra time you give past the due date for international deliveries (from Germany) due to COVID.
I'm worried it has been lost. My item was supposed to be delivered 28th April - 5th May (13th May now) but the damn thing hasn't been updated by DHL tracking since 10th April. Thats over a month with no scan.
I contacted the seller and asked him to start an investigation as the website is in German but he simply said everything is getting delivered by boat now (he charged me 30 Euro postage which seems excessive in that case!).
I don't want to screw anyone over but I can't help but feel its gone and if I leave it too long to report I'll lose my money.
What would you do?
