You are logged into Ebay Australia here, you need to log out and then log in to ebay.com instead of ebay.com.au

That would only be confirming what a lot of Americans already thought anyway! I've had a few requests to sell to them and in every single case they've been extremely arrogant and thought I had no right to refuse them.
