You'll have to ask the seller for a tracking number.

This is a member-to-member forum (we are just ordinary members).

If the seller is unresponsive, you can open a case for INR after the last day of the estimated delivery (you have 30 days).

You are on the forums, not communicating with the actual seller.

The seller has a lot of negative feedback, with buyers saying that they did not receive their item. Did you not check this seller feedback before purchasing? Seller seems kinda dodgy and is not obliged to respond to your messages.

Anyway, check your transaction and it will give you the estimated dates of delivery. You can open a claim/dispute for "Item Not received" after the last date. The seller will then have to provide a tracking number or refund.

I think that if they did not provide one in the first place, they're not going to be able to supply one for the dispute. Let us know what happens.
