I bought an item successfully and payed for it 10 min. later using paypal who said "payment successful".

This was on 8-21. On 8-26 I received an email from Ebay saying "since you haven't paid for the item and the item wasn't shipped, we're cancelling the transaction". However, the money was taken out of my account. What do I do??????
