INR question

I purchased an item on 20 April and it was marked as sent on 22 April.  It was coming from Brisbane so it should have only been overnight but I waited for a week or so before I contacted the seller.

I told seller that their Aus Post tracking number was only showing up as manifested and would they be able to chase the item up for me.  They said yes.  About three days later I asked the what the result was and they said that it appears to be their stuff up but they will fix it. I have since contacted them again and have got no response.

So on 9 May I opened a INR through PP.

How long should I give the seller to respond to that before I escalate it??

It's just annoying me now and there are other's I could buy it off but I don't want to in case these are going to magically appear

I'd personally only give a couple of (business) days for a response - if they responded then I'd take things from there, but if no response at all, I'd likely escalate on the third business day after opening the dispute.
