If it had a recall on it and you're aware, then no don't sell it. If you just mean discontinued, you can list it as brand new if you wish. Just be careful, scammers are all over those listings. Usually best to open, check all the components (present but also functionality), photograph, and list as new/never used. IMO anyway, still doesn't completely protect you

I'm assuming you mean removed from stock. If so then yes it is OK. But the seller shoud state that the item is discontinued and not held in stock any more. That way too the potential buyer will be aware of certain things and should also be made aware of spare parts availability.
