1. General

We realize that a vehicle is an important purchase. When you buy a vehicle through eBay, you have to be completely satisfied with your investment. This program protects your vehicle purchase against accidents, major mechanical failure, odometer-tampering, and salvage or flood damage. You only buy the vehicle if it passes YOUR verification. These Terms and Conditions with our Privacy Policy contain the entire agreement and understanding between the parties relating to this transaction.

2. Refundable Payment

You are allowed 5 days to test and inspect the vehicle. If, after 5 days, you are not satisfied with the vehicle you can send it back ( on Seller expense ) and we will give you a FULL REFUND, no questions asked. Refund requests are processed within 2 days.
Basically, your money will always be in our Account while you inspect the vehicle and we will NOT send it to the Seller until we have the confirmation from you.

3. Shipping

The vehicle will be delivered to your location (2006 Roadstar Daintree $4,800). It will be shipped within 24 hours after the payment will be cleared in our Account.
The shipping is free of charge and the vehicle is fully insured for damage during the transportation, inspection process and prior to the physical sale.

4. Delivery & Inspection

You will have 5 days to inspect the vehicle upon delivery. You have the option to use an independent Inspection Authority to make sure that the vehicle is as described.

4.1. If you decide to keep the vehicle, we will transfer your payment to the Seller's account. The vehicle will come with all the documents needed for registration.

Is this a Scammer?? Help

Yes it is.

eBay don't do escrow, especially for vehicles listed on competitor sites, which your 'vehicle' undoubtedly is.

Search for the many threads and many thousand answers already available on the boards.

if it's an eBay listing, it is still a scam. eBay Australia don't do escrow.

Let me guess - the $4800 is way less than what the vehicle is worth. Instant red flag.
