What was the estimated delivery date?

Have you contacted the seller?

Where are they registered?

Do you have tracking?

Have you opened an item not received dispute ?

Did you buy on this account or as a guest?

Not enough details...

It could even be a replacement because something was missing from the original order, and as we know, replacements often don't arrive.

But it's probably just a tautology.
