I tried to contact the seller to get a new delivery date for the above item.

 

The message I sent was rejected. Could you please investigate and let

me know what is happening. Thank you.

People here are simply other members like yourself, we can't investigate where your item is for you

 

The seller however is in China and apparently has over 50 pairs of those shoes for sale

Chances of them being genuine are remote, in my opinion

 

What was the estimated delivery date and how did you pay?

Why was your message rejected? Was it a glitch/temporary problem (some people seem to have problems with messages at the moment) or did you have a problem with the seller (who might have blocked you)?

You can open a case after the last day of the estimated delivery. You have 30 days from the last day of the estimated delivery. After that (if for some reason you miss the deadline) you can open a case in PayPal (you have 180 days since the date of purchase), provided you used PayPal to pay of course.
