It looks as though eBay has removed that seller's items for some reason, the solar panels come up in a search but are not available for viewing.

Sounds as if you may have had a lucky escape then

Solar panels are NOT something you want to buy from a seller on eBay

Especially not a seller such as that

Looks like a dodgy seller.

You could contact the CS reps during business hours.

Alternatively, you can open a case for "Item Not Received" and get a refund.

Do not go through PayPal until you have done one of the two things above and had no resolution.

In all seriousness, electrical items are NOT something you want to be buying on Ebay. Nothing comes with a warranty, and many are of low and/or dangerous quality.

The item being purchased is a well known brand.   The problem is with the seller (Dodgy)  has now been resolved and money refunded
