Order not received - order not on my history purchase so can't follow up

Hi,
I have place an order on the 26th March and I have not received it yet.
The order does not appear in my history I am therefore unable to contact the seller or ebay to find out what is going on. 
Could someone from ebay get in touch so I can solve this issue?

eBay doesn't read here nor contact members.

Try looking at your notification emails on the sale to contact the seller.

Normally if a purchased item disappears it is because eBay has removed it due to a policy violation and you would be notified to open a case for a refund if not refunded already.
