Redemption code not working

Could someone plz tell me why the current redemption code given by ebay expires on 07/07/2022 does not work? The term says: if you

• Spend $60 - $99 and save $5
• Spend $100 - $249 and save $10
• Spend $250 - $999 and save $25
• Spend $1000+ and save $100

I bought an item for $60 and expect to use the redemption code given in MyEbay by ebay expires on 07/07/2022 to get $5 discount but it doesn't work at all.

Not all listings are included in special coupons/vouchers.

You must be able to see the discount code on the front page of the listing.

Check the T&Cs.

In case you are unaware, the code must be applied before making payment.

In future you can add an item to the cart and test a code before purchasing.

I used to receive vouchers / coupons with redemption codes like these and got no issues to apply the codes and got discounts b4, but don't know why it doesn't work this time. Plz see attached pic for similar voucher / coupon I have got b4.

Yes but under conditions, certain listings may not qualify.

I've been trying to use this code "PNAA25" for weeks now.

I only use it on listing where it is offered, with a "show me how" link.

It's a massive discount and it never works.

In checked everything over. There is no reason why it doesn't work
