How do I get in touch to real person not a computer about my refund that eBay has said I am entitled too.

Use the "eBay help" link at the top of the page, select a problem that closely fits yours then scroll to the bottom of that page and use the "contact us" or "chat with us" link.

Some options will allow you to call then or get a call-back, others will go through a chat session - if that happens ask to speak to a supervisor as soon as it lets you. With the chat session you will get a copy of the chat emailed to you when the chat is complete.

Me, I prefer the "chat with us" option because of the transcript sent afterwards.
