Regarding the Matrix pole chain saw was marked 15% off with the code POTENT, however, it was not working through the payment. I contacted the seller and got the response that is the error with eBay, so could you please solve the problem for me.

You'll need to contact eBay customer service (via 'Help' at the top of the page) and ask why the code cannot be applied to your purchase.
