Hi All,
I purchased and item that I believe did not match the photo at all and was vastly inferior quality. The seller agreed to refund and I returned the item with tracking.
Ebay has just advised they have closed the return but I haven't heard from the seller despite them agreeing to reimburse.
I just messaged the seller and checked whether I can appeal the closed return but Ebay said it's not covered by their guarantee or some such.
Have I just been ripped off by the seller?

Did you actually open and go through the item not as described dispute, or return soley on the seller's say so?
And did you return it with tracking?
What was the nature of the item?

Did you upload the tracking to the case?
It's not automatic - you have do it and do it through the case.
Your only possible option is to try Live Chat.
