Be very careful sellers offering printer, ink, toners etc at a good price , maybe $30 or so than usual, not greatly discounted.They then source and have a 3rd party post the items. The 3rd party gives them postage tracking details which the scam seller then enters on ebay. They keep your money and pay the 3rd party with a debit MasterCard that is either theirs or stolen. This payment is then disputed and funds taken back from the 3rdparty. EBay removes negative feedback and just advises PayPal that the items have been posted and collected… leaving no chance to have funds recovered and forwarded to the 3rd party… who does not trade on ebay.. maybe ‘scum’ would be a better subject name.
