In response to your question, the seller never responded back.  Have decided to ditch the broken turntable and buy a better one.

Is it the item from the UK?

Did you contact the seller before leaving feedback?  What did they say?

It probably makes sense to replace it if it was broken.

What caused the damage, do you think?

Was it the post or do you think it may have had a fault when posted?

I had the feeling it may have been from the post.

But whatever, if the seller didn't even have the manners to reply to your query, I'd be giving them a neutral at best.

The true test of a seller is how they handle problems. No one expects freebies but damage to an item deserves being addressed.
