Before jumping the gun, contact Fedex, they usually deliver GSP parcels to Australia.

There are answers on your other thread.

Before jumping the gun have a look at the questions you have been asked.

We cannot help without a few facts about the transaction.

Have you waited a month and a half for your parcel to grand tour the world?

I sold a sterling silver demitasse
I described all imfomation
Ex. Weight size material orgin
Hallmark...etc
I sent good to usa but the buyer complain about size and asked me return lebel
I contacted paypal about return lebel but paypal Australia no return lebel system so I asked the buyer about the buyer bank detail
So I can send postage
Before that I received e mail from
Ebay usa (ebay officer name john)
His advise was ..wait for the buyer decision until 7.12 if there
Is no communication from the buyer until 7.12.2019.you don't
Need refund and the dispute close automatically
I sent 3 messages about bank detail . no answerd from the buyer
Until 7 th 12.2019
I received email from ebay
7.12 18.04pm
This request was a closed because there has been any recent activity on it
You don't need to do anything else
The hold on this paypal transaction has been removed
So I though my problem end
But another e mail arrived from ebay
We issued a full refund of au460
On 08.dec 2019
It means the buyer get full refund
And keep good too
I call ebay again
Ebay advised ..contact the buyer myself ask returning good
This is e bay mistake full return
I like to get money back from ebay
And apology letter from ebay usa
The ebay usa customer officer
Are very disrespect people
I received terrible service from them twice

Apart from the fact that this thread is 2 years old -

Never believe anything eBay tell you in regards to returns.

Try contacting the FOS (or whatever it's called this week), providing you have proof that you have been ill-advised by eBay.

It is always better to get your money back than having a vent, and the best way to do that is to read and understand eBay's T&Cs. That way you know where you stand, legally.
