If you need help, you will need to give the fellow buyers and sellers here info

 

It is hard for a us to guess things like

 

 

Where was the item coming from?

 

 

Where is the seller registered

 

 

What is the seller's feedback like?

 

What was the seller's handling time?

 

What was the estimated delivery date inserted by eBay?

 

Was there a tracking number, and if so, what does it say?

 

Have you allowed extra time due to the postal delays due to Coronavirus you were aware of before buying?

 

 

What was the item number? 

 

How did you pay and how long ago did you pay?

If so you will need to open a Paypal account to access their (and eBay's) buyer protection for your guest payment, if you are able you should open an eBay dispute first as the seller will win a Paypal dispute if they can show by tracking the item was sent to you, with eBay's dispute process the seller has to show the item was delivered to you.
