This happened a while back and has happened many times before

Someone has taken a pic from the net of an item and is selling it which is fine, but,,,,,,

Seller information

 (o )

It's a camping fridge/freezer

people pay with paypal which is the best thing too do, but as soon as it's in there account they move it out and cancel there account and then start another.

Happened before when someone was selling Makita sets for $430 and they where worth over $800.
I saved in watch list and sure enough became "not a registered user"

Not a problem for the buyer, they just need to open an "item not received" dipute with Payapl. Paypal will then chase the seller for their money, if it hasn't been put on hold for 21 days (for a new seller).

If the seller becomes "Not a Registered User" within 6 months of a transaction it means that ebay has closed them down.

You should have received an email telling you how to claim yur money back if you are a buyer who has paid for an item.

There is nothing in your post that is unusual for the scenario you have described.  It just means that ebay are actually taking some notice of reports submitted by other members.
