Voucher doesn't work

Bought a foldup bike, voucher had no where to paste it. What a rip off.

Why doesn't eBay talk to people when eBay won't honour voucher. I just lost $53.80. I bought foldup bike. No where to put voucher code. Thanks for advertising vouchers that don't work eBay.

Firstly the voucher should appear on the front page of the listing.

Secondly best to check the T&C's of any voucher.

Thirdly, where possible it is also a good idea to add the item to the cart to check that the voucher is still valid.

Vouchers usually have a minimum and maximum spend, mostly only available on the Aus site and of course has expiry dates.

As well, certain categories are often not included.

Was it the Pegasus Voucher?

If so - at the end of the T's & C's there is a list of the Sellers that the 15% discount applies to. Check to see if your Sellers name is there.

I also think it only applies to Australian Sellers but I am happy to be corrected by someone who has actually used the Voucher successfully.
