When I ordered this it was a 3rd generation. The product that arrived was a 2nd generation??

What should I do?

When I ordered this it was a 3rd generation. The product that arrived was a 2nd generation??

first thing to do is contct the seller

then before returning it open a case in Paypal for item not as described,

escalate to a claim if necessary to get the correct return address (as claims must go to the address paypal give you)

return by trackable mans, and keep your postal receeipts (this will be at your own cost)

 

of course, if its to go overseas, and has a lithium battery you CANNOT send it.

aust post do not accept ites with lithium batteries for airmail

 

if its winthin australia you have to use ROAD transport thru aust post and make sure it has the appropriate sticker

You can however send lithium batteries overseas using any of a growing number of alternate frieght services that offer this service ie Pack & Send

 

If the cost is excessive, you can seek a refund without return on this basis.
