Why do people list parts for other make of cars, on MERCEDES-BENZ section? This is WRONG

I own a few Mercedes-Benz cars. Upon looking at this particular section, in car parts, and accessories, I have seen LOTS of parts listed, that are NOT for Mercedes-Benz cars!! I think it is time that the car parts, and accessories section be screened much better than it is at the moment!!! I certainly do NOT wish to see ANY parts for OTHER makes of car listed under Mercedes-Benz!! If the parts the sellers are listing do NOT fit, or are NOT Mercedes-Benz parts, they must NOT be listed under Mercedes-Benz parts!!!!
