If you are using IE, clear your cookies and cache.
If you have eBay added to your compatibility view list, remove it.
That can help. eBay has changed and works better with IE now without using compatibility view.
Try a different browser, Chrome is more eBay friendly.
These fixes may not work as I am using Safari and see the same problem, suggesting some of it is down to current eBay tinkering.
