Since you have posted under buying, there is especially no need to call anyone
If there is an issue, you communicate with the seller through eBay messages
If you have, and the seller has not responded, or has not been helpful, or has tried to tell you a load of rubbish, you need to open and follow through with the appropriate dispute within the time limit
If whatever it is is not about 'buying'
