eBay's confusing, running around in circle User Interface for Customer's Help

Has anyone like me who wish to contact eBay sometimes made contact and before the required chat is complete the Agent has already ended it and when I wanted to to make further contacts, the user interface made it impossible for further contact in order to resolve a matter?

It is damn frustrating and I wonder how or why this humongous and wealthy organisation is either unwilling or unable to make it user friendly for its millions of customer...

 

Is ebay getting too big for its boots and no longer value long term customers???

 

It's good to know how other long term customer's feedback feel about this matter.

I have heard a few times on the boards, of chat being terminated, usually turns out that the member has not been willing to accept the information provided.   There are also a few other reasons that chat can be terminated, which may explain why you can not commence a new chat.
