searched for 2x Ryobi 5.0Ah 18v lithium batteries and the first one that came up looked good, BUT have a look at the original advertised price on the image files I've attached, then look at what happens to the price when I entered  that same article from the select box! The item goes from the advertised AU $27.93 up to AU $62.93 !!! So, unless I missed something, I'd say this is unscrupulous, false and totally misleading. ACCC should be looking at these things. that

That's exactly what those are - cheap knock-offs. If you've got any sense you won't buy them, you'll pay the extra for genuine Ryobi batteries.

Seller is in China, so good luck with the ACCC

And given their horrid feedback, nobody in their right minds would buy from them, let alone knock off garbage 

It looks like you missed several things there

The item description says Brand FOR Ryobi

These are NOT real Ryobi

They are knock off rubbish from China

With no warranty

Regular old multi listing,  they have been around  for  yawn, years.

In the listing you select what you want,  for  $27.93  you get a charger.

By all means get on to ACCC, they have nothing better to do.
