on 7 Nov 2021 I ordered a batter adaptor from a seller purported to be in Sydney, thought it should arrive earlier, although there are a number sellers sellers. This seller never delivered it, soon disappeared from eBay. I opened a money back guarantee case with eBay, it has been 103 days, no response. Tried to email customerhelp_au@ebay.com and ebay@ebay.com but eBay kept on relying the email is not available. Could not find any phone number to call eBay. Please see below:

Try live chat and ask to talk a supervisor, as normal CS representatives don't always give the right advice and often have no idea when something is "not normal".

no, not normal...if you paid by PayPal, you have 180 days to open a dispute with them.
You can only contact ebay at HELP (top of page) and do a 'live chat'
