help with a seller pleass

OK I bid and won this item for 99c brand new jacket. Now I just got a message of the seller like this

can't seem to find the jacket 😕 unless i have sold it b4 and forgot. would you still like me to keep looking or refund you the money? sorry for the mix up

What do I do I said I would like what I paid for please. But what are my options? I have to take a refund because she's lost it?

I'd tell her to keep looking for it, she's a fairly experienced seller so should know the pitfalls of 99cent start prices, if the case is that she doesn't want to sell at the start price.

She hasn't lost it and she hasn't sold it.  It's not in her completed listings.

She's obviously not happy with the price and won't let it go at that.

Unfortunately, you can't force someone to sell to you.  Check her feedback.

It's not the first time.

I'd take the refund, but reflect my displeasure in feedback.

Agree with stawks & padi. She reneging on the sale coz she didn't get enough for it. All too obvious.   Ditzy, Flaky Seller.  leave her appropriate Feedback. Maybe that may make her take things a bit more seriously.

OK thanks I just messaged her asking for the jacket to be sent to me. If she gives me a refund I will be leaving bad feedback. Why don't sellers pit what they want in the starting price and any think over is a bonus. Thanks all have a wonderful night

Newby seller starting at .99c & good luck folding that bulky jacket,possibly over 500g  into a  $8.25  satchel.
