 the phone is still brand new with sealed  but i want to return this because i found a better price .

You can ask your seller, but most sellers don't accept returns for change of mind.

Sellers are charged eBay fees and PayPal fees.

So if the seller will accept the return they can take out their fees and only refund the rest.

Which means it probably won't be cheaper overall.

Also you will need to post it back and you won't get the initial postage cost back either.

You should have done your homework before buying.

Also there is a good chance if the other phone is a lot cheaper it is probably a fake/copy, not genuine.

Low feedback, high risk item, I'm not sure I'd be taking the risk! That said, if the OP did want to sell it, it would make sense to seek some heavy advice from the forum first so they don't get ripped off.
