i have a unauthorised charge on my card of 8.49$ from ebay

the charge is from eBay C 1530168092 Sydney AU, is this from the official ebay or has my card been hacked?

You sold 3 items. It's probably the fees for selling those items. Someone else will have a better idea though, and hopefully should be along shortly.

If you think you have been hacked, have you reported it to your bank and eBay?

As mentioned, are you sure it's not the fees you owe for selling?

only you know what you have bought and sold on Ebay,  if you have spent that money, than no you have not being hacked.   If you havent spent that money, than yes possibly you have being hacked.

Also has your partner, kids, grandmother or cat being spending??
