Product did not delivered

I bought a product on ebay ,

its not delivered and I asked for refund ,

                                                                                       they are posting me the return label for the product ,

                                                                                      which is not delivered yet .

                                                                                      And after returning the product , which is not delivered , I will get a                                                                                            refund.

Have you opened a dispute, or just spoken with the seller? I'm guessing that as they are sending a postage label, they haven't understood your message. Possibly English not being their first language.

 

Open a dispute for item not received and then after 4 days, if the seller hasn't refunded, ask ebay to step in and help. Stop communicating with the seller. It will get you nowhere. Open the dispute immediately, or you'll lose your money.

Handy hint, if it is them, they can't send you a return label from India 

 

Any reason you did'nt open an item not received dispute yet?

 

You are not going to get a refund by 'asking the seller' 

 

Read up on the buying basics so you know what to do next next

The seller you left the neg for ?   If so, open a dispute NOW with the MBG (see below)

I would also doubt very much if Australian Customs would allow those into the country anyway................

If they are sending a return label is it possible you opened the wrong type of dispute? 

 

You need to open " Item not received" ! If you have opened "item not as described" by mistake then you will need to contact help chat and ask for help changing the dispute type. The may not but it is worth trying.

 

If you have not yet opened any dispute yet then do so immediately!

Follow the procedure for item not received - don't bother with the seller.

The item won't get through Customs.

 

It will be confiscated.

 

Open a case for Item Not Received.
