You might be able to reverse the refund in Paypal.

Otherwise it can get tricky, as exchanging email addresses through eBay messaging is frowned on by eBay. If the purchase wasn't too long ago and the transaction is still showing in your bought items, you should be able to contact the seller through that, which won't trigger eBay punishments.
