is parcelpoint safe or just so slow

Recently had a so called 'brand new' item damaged and used so seller send a return label via ebay with parcel point to check before I get a refund. Parcel was dropped off 2 weeks ago and just shows as posted and in transit with no other information, and has not changed in 12 days. Can any one let me know if that is normal please?

I've not used it, but your best option would be to contact parcelpoint themselves and get them to check the tracking on the parcel.

I contacted ebay who have promptly given the refund and are going to follow up on it thanks.
