I ordered two items from China. Neither arrived. I raised the matter with the companies they were helpful and said they would resend. These items also never arrived. After that no response from the companies. I'm not sure what to do now other than stop buying items from China. All my Australian items have arrived without fail. In previous years deliveries from outside Australia were satisfactory. At this stage Australia does not carry the full range that China appears to offer. Where do I go from here?
You open a dispute for Item Not Received.....in ebay if you are still within the timeframe or in paypal if it is too late for an ebay dispute. You have 180 days in paypal.
Do not try to open disputes in ebay and paypal at the same time as both will be closed....ebay first then paypal.
