purchased,made contact with seller to obtain bank details, paid for item within moments of auctions end ! NO ITEM, contacted seller several times.... no responce. weeks later file complaint with ebay.... and still nothing, not even a responce from ebay. Thats appauling itys been almost 2 months now, where do i go from here to get my money back ?

You need to open an Item Not Received claim with Paypal within the 45 day limit. If it has already been 45 days, leaving appropriate feedback is all you can do.

You may have been a member of eBay for 11 years but you've purchased very little in the last few years and you really need to familiarise yourself with the Terms & Conditions you agreed to when you first signed up. Things have changed quite a lot over that period, one of the most important changes being that every seller must offer a safe payment method, usually Paypal, and unless you know the seller and have dealt with them previously, you should NEVER pay with bank deposit or direct debit as you have no comeback if they decide not to send your item, or even if it goes astray in the mail.

There is absolutely nothing you can do now regarding your current transaction unless it is for a significant amount in which case you could report it to the police, but for all intents and purposes, you've done your money and will never see it, nor the item, again.

Please, if you wish to continue buying on eBay, only pay by Paypal in future and be sure to lodge a dispute within the 45-day period allocated for non-delivery should the item not arrive. If you don't, you'll never see your money again, just like this time.
