Seller refunded to an expired bank debit card so now refund is not depositing in my bank account.

How to solve this issue?  I can't contact Ebay help.

Ebay can't help if you haven't updated your details.

That's on you.

Talk to your bank maybe - the money is floating around somewhere.

Refunded date was 30/09/23 and expired date of card was 09/23.

Tomorrow I will talk to my bank to solve this issue.

Ebay customer help sent the ARN and bank solved this issue.

I’m having same issue I cancelled my debit card coz I lost it and then bought a faulty item which I was refunded for but it hasn’t hit my account in 4 working days now starting to worry it won’t come.

Please contact Ebay customer help then you ask the ARN.

Your bank will solve your issue with ARN.

It is very easy at your bank.

To make the above clear, ARN stands for Acquirer Reference Number. It’s a unique identifier for a credit card transaction. Contact eBay (live chat) to ask for the ARN for your refund, explaining that you had cancelled the relevant credit card in the interim.

Then contact your bank with the ARN, explaining the situation. Your bank should be able to trace and process the refund / transaction with that information.
