I bought an item on ebay described as in perfect condition. However on arrival not only was it blatantly the wrong size it was badly damaged/worn [so it wasn't postal damage. I have contacted the seller who wants me to return them to enable me to get a refund
.The problem is the item was theoretically posted economy free. The seller didn't have any return postage policy and as per Ebay rules she should be paying for the return postage.
Obviously as I have to return them I will have to pay postage[I know I've theoretically paid it as I'm sure she didn't actually send for free as im I'm sure it was part of the cost of the shoe]
I just want to get some advice in case things start to get nasty
