return postage label issue

Hi ive been asked by ebay to print a label to return an item. how do i do that----ebays handy tips were useless.

I thought the seller had to send me a return postage label----he said he can't  , now ebay have told me to provide the label and post within a time limit or else.

Whats the go with that !!!!

Is the seller overseas?   If so, they cannot send you a return postage label as they cannot use Australia Post.

I think you will find that all ebay needs is for you to send the item back with tracking and upload the details to the dispute so you can be reimbursed.

If it is a domestic return then the seller can generate and pay the postage for a label to their address through Click & Send then send you a PDF file that you can print out and attach to the parcel.
