Do you realise that it is an electronically delivered product and that you wil receive a link to download the product and an email with the license key?

 

I hope you can find where they have sent you the information as there is no buyer protection for digitally delivered goods, I can't remember if this type of item can be listed on the UK site, it is a long time since I listed back in England but you are definitely not allowed to list digitally delivered items in Australia.

Apart from the fact that digitally delivered goods have no paypal protection, you are way outside the time for opening a dispute anyway.
