hi all
my item was meant to be here on 5th January it did not arrive
I opened a case to try get something done but to no avail eBay then message and tells me case is put on hold until 21st January then tried to contact eBay asking what was going on only to be told again the seller needs more time to get documentation together and is now on hold until 26th January bloody ridiculous

Where was the item coming from?

Can you please give us the item number so we can look at the listing? (Sorry, I had to ask 😉😊)
(Don’t tell us the sellers name, that’s not allowed on the boards)
But as for the delay, I’m guessing it’s a drop-shipping item that’s not in Australia ‘yet’ 🤔. (A rather wild guess, at that!)

Was this item from one of the sellers in China with awful feedback you've bought from?
IF it is from one of those sellers:
Could be just because they are in China, so have 'Teflon' 'protection'
Could be Covid delays
Could be customs delays that need paperwork from seller
Was there tracking for the item?
If not, have you asked the seller if they have tracking for it?
