Authenticity Guarantee on Handbags over $350 wth

Ebay started Authenticity Guarantee on items listed under Handbags over $350 as of April 1st. I received the message April 1st. Is this a joke? There is always room for human error during Authentication process. Also if the "Authenticator" can't "pass" it , the buyer is refunded immediately & it gets sent back. No chance to prove what they can't. Wth?! I have receipts of bags I buy in my emails but not all of course. Can get proof  easily from where I bought them originally. The Authentication idea doesn't concern me that much it is what's in the the small print. We also don't send it to buyer, we send it to the 3rd party facility. arrgghh
