70s ceramic biscuit?jar -I can't read signature

Saw its signed and numbered but I can't read it to find out more. Duy or Hoiy or? I have no clue. Would love some help. It's 6.5inches high to the rim. I don't know it's 70s it just looks it to me.

I think the word is Italy - numbers like that are markings typical of Italian pottery / ceramics - I am afraid I am not smart enough to know what significance they have. If you search for Italian cookie jar you will some some with similar decoration.

Not necessarily - that dividing line between numbers or letters is very common on Italian ceramics.
