Hi,
I have two notes that I would like to know the approximate value of.
A ten shilling note prefix AH 56 in unc condition
A $1 note prefix AAS also in unc condition.
Can anyone help please ?

Thanks Sparklz, that nails down the ten shilling note's value very well. It is R17.
Could you do the same for the $1 note ??

Hi Kopenhagen,
The $1 is a 1966 Commonwealth note.
When I purchased these around 14 years ago, I was trying to get an example of the last ten shilling and first $1 notes issued, in unc condition.

Some examples -
The AAA prefix commands a considerable higher value.
IMO book values are rarely achieved but gives good info on currency.
Your 10 shilling in Rennicks shows as around 2,000 but lucky to get 1,000 in today's market.
