Aust notes value

Hi,

I have two notes that I would like to know the approximate value of.

 

A ten shilling note prefix AH 56 in unc condition

A $1 note prefix AAS also in unc condition.

 

Can anyone help please ?

Pics would be good so we can see the signatures and whether the $1 is a Commonwealth note.

Thanks Sparklz, that nails down the ten shilling note's value very well. It is R17.

 

Could you do the same for the $1 note ??

Hi Kopenhagen,

The $1 is a 1966 Commonwealth note.

 

When I purchased these around 14 years ago, I was trying to get an example of the last ten shilling and first $1 notes issued, in unc condition.

Sorry I looked at first prefix, yours is mid-range prefix.

So between 200-300 depending on UNC or aUNC.

Sparklz, if you can post the $1 pic same as previous one.

A little difficult to read this one.

Perhaps leave out the note so we can see the type better.
