I am wondering if anyone can identify this pair of vases. They are very similar but not identical and the only identifying mark on them is the number 325. They are hand made and hand painted. They have a very unusual shape. On the underside the footrim is unglazed with yellow glazing in the centre and the number 325 in brown. They were sold as being possibly Doulton.

I'm sure it's not Doulton. Very attractive though. 325 would apparently be the design number.

nice vases but definitely NOT a Royal Doulton shape. similar glaze to doulton's Kingsware, but also not one of their 'designs' for Kingsware

Hi Siddieswans,
Thanks for the ebay item. It does have a remarkable similarity in style and colouring. I think I will pursue this line.
Kind Regards
