GB copper brass two handled urn

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can shed any light on this urn. It appears to be handmade with copper bottom. I am not sure if it is copper with brass coming from round part at bottom. Has GB with H underneath to base.

Looks hand hammered to base. Engraved and applied metal work for decoration.

Wondering where its value might lie, and also how would I clean it.

thanks for any input.

Have more photos but post only seems to take one. Will put makers mark in a comment.

Thanks very much twyngwyn. Gebruder Bimg, vase, probably before art noveau? I am guessing  circa 1910. Do you think it is brass and copper?

these 'vases' seem quite valuable. Would around $50 be selling myself short? It has dings and the oxidisation ... Any suggestions for cleaning?

could it be an ice bucket? how big is it? you could start an auction in 'collectables' with a starting price for whatever you're willing to part with it...
